Overview
In the Algorithm Department, I independently developed an AIGC question-generation system for AI interviewing and talent assessment, responding to the need for scalable, job-relevant, and reliable question production. The system supports English chart-description and Raven reasoning tasks through controllable generation workflows, and was successfully delivered for use in enterprise recruitment.
